The Mas'Hauts, small wood and glass chalets on the terrace of the L'Espérance restaurant, are inspired by the Savoyard mazots used by our ancestors as larders on stilts, and feature cheese specialities.
A dinner under the stars with the peaks in the background to sample the secrets of Huizate cuisine. Mountain soups, Savoy or Vaud fondues, raclette, Oisans specialities with the return of farçis and ganèfes, walnut or blueberry tarts. Sophisticated dishes for the more adventurous: Espelette chilli or wild garlic enhance the flavours of raclette cheese, and porcini mushrooms or truffle shavings delicately flavour fondue.
