At the heart of our cuisine is wood-fired braziers, a symbol of conviviality and sharing, where local ingredients and inspirations from around the world come together to create healthy, tasty dishes.

This summer, La Ferme d'Hubert invites you to experience gourmet moments in the heart of Alpe d'Huez.
Every Sunday, from June 29 to August 31, enjoy our brunch, which has become a not-to-be-missed event. A gourmet moment combining hot and cold drinks, sweet and savoury treats, and brazier-cooked meat, fish or vegetables. After brunch, enjoy a moment of relaxation in our outdoor wellness area (heated pool, Nordic bath, sauna).
On Saturdays from July 12 to August 16, discover refined Alpine cuisine at our gourmet dinners, orchestrated by our Chef Francesco Oberto, based on products from our mountains.
