Discovery climbing Alpe d’Huez

Description

Come and try your hand at rock climbing at Les Plâtes in Alpe d'Huez, near Lac Besson. This introductory crag offers a varied and highly enjoyable style of climbing on gneiss-type rock.

Easy access by car means you can be at the foot of the site in just a few minutes from the Alpe d'Huez resort.
The area is particularly wild, allowing you to discover this all-round activity: strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and self-confidence. Accessible to all (level: beginner-correct physical condition).

Equipment available: technical equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, karabiners, etc.).
Equipment to bring: sneakers or climbing shoes (can be rented from "La Montagne Sport" in Bourg d'Oisans) + pants + windbreaker or fleece + backpack with water (min 1l/pers.) + cereal bar snacks + sun cream.

Once your reservation has been made, the guide office will contact you to confirm the outing and finalize the organization.
