Guided Tour of the Alpe d'Huez High-Altitude Peatlands: The Fragile Legacy of the Great Ice Ages, in partnership with the Alpe d'Huez Guides' Office
A guide will help you discover all the treasures of this unspoiled landscape through an accessible and educational hike, explaining the great significance of these relic sites—true archives of the mountain’s past, constantly evolving, and which we must protect.
Elevation gain: +50m/-50m
Sportswear recommended: sneakers or hiking boots, sunglasses, hats; hiking poles recommended. Bring 0.50l of water per person.
Registration required at the museum; limited to 12 people
Last registration: Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m.
