Mountain biking and pastoralism

When you come across them :
First of all, stay calm in front of the guard or driving dogs,
Slow down, put your foot down and stay close to your bike, holding it between you and the herd or dogs.
Don’t irritate the animals, avoid shouting or making big gestures, and keep moving forward calmly until you are clear of the herd and the dogs.
If the shepherd or shepherdess is close by, listen to their advice, they’ll be able to guide you to avoid any incident.
Once you’re far enough away from the herd, you can get back in the saddle.
Respect each other’s activities: in the mountains, there’s room for everyone!
