Because nature brings its own flavors, fragrances and colors, their products contain no preservatives or artificial colorings. The plants they use are picked, for the most part, directly from the beautiful Oisans mountains. Laurent and Laury invite you to discover their know-how during a visit to the liquor-making workshop at the heart of their delicatessen. You'll learn all about the various stages in the liqueur-making process, from plant selection and the production process, to bottling and labeling.
