Comedy film festival – From Monday 19 to Sunday 25 January

Tomorrowland Winter – From Saturday 21 to Saturday 28 March

All the best DJs on the planet meet at Alpe d’Huez for a sixth edition of Tomorrowland Winter between the heart of the resort and the ski area. The largest electronic music festival in the world is back even stronger with a new program and beautiful surprises. Enough to fill the eyes and ears with.

Festival of the comic strip – Friday 10 to Sunday 12 April

Co-organized with Editions Glénat, the Festival de la BD from the Alpe d’Huez transforms the island in the sun into Ile aux Bulles, for a new meeting between the mountain and the authors-illustrators on the occasion of book signings, workshops and animated films

Super Sarenne – Sunday, March 29

Experienced skiers will compete on the mythical slope of Sarenne for more than 6 kilometers from the start of the Pic Blanc during a giant of 300 poles both in alpine skiing and snowboarding. On the program: good mood, competition, surpassing oneself, and festivities

Alpe d’Huzes – Thursday 04 June

On foot or by bike, the motto of l’Alpe d’HuZes remains the same: “Abandoning is not an option”. Each participant in the Alpe d’HuZes tries to climb as many times as possible up to the Alpe d’Huez. Most do it up to six times a day, ‘Zes’ meaning ‘six’ in Dutch. The objective of the race is to raise funds for the fight against cancer. In 2025, the event raised €19,066,018!

Marmotte Granfondo – Sunday, June 28

Every cyclist has heard the name of cette légendaire cyclosportive. The event is a real success and stirs the desire of cyclists worldwide. It takes tenacity and courage to overcome the 186 kilometers and 5,000 meters of elevation gain of the course: the sequence of 5 of the most mythical passes in France: the Croix de Fer, the Télégraphe, the Galibier, the Lautaret and finally the final climb of the Alpe d’Huez

Pop in the City – Saturday, July 4th

Pop In the City, it’s a feminine and offbeat race in pairs to discover destinations in Europe in a new way. Not necessarily capitals, but cities, mountain resorts that have character. This summer, it will be for the first time at Alpe d’Huez.

Mégavalanche – From Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July

Since 1995, thousands of riders have taken part in the Pic Blanc every year, in all weather conditions! Son départ en Mass Start at 3330 meters above sea level on the Sarenne glacier, and its arrival in Allemond, 2600 meters lower make this DH Marathon the longest and craziest race in the world.

Convention Fitness – From Saturday 11 to Tuesday 14 July

With the 22nd edition of the Fitness Convention, participants will dance to jive, step, chacha, urban reggaeton, urban jazz, urban talon or even contemporary dance, there will really be something for everyone. All the speakers are recognized players in the world of fitness, at an international level.

Etape du Tour – Sunday, July 19

This summer, the Alpe d’Huez hosts another major cycling event: L’Etape du Tour de France, a demanding challenge and surely the most difficult Stage of the Tour de France in recent years. On 19 July, 16,000 participants will set off from Bourg d’Oisans for 170 km of racing and 5,400 m of elevation gain. After the Col de la Croix de Fer, the Col du Télégraphe and the Col du Galibier they will arrive at Alpe d’Huez via the Col de Sarenne.

Tour de France – Friday 24 and Saturday 25 July

in 2026, the Tour de France returns to the Alpe d’Huez and in force with two stages at the end, never seen before! On July 24th (étape 19) : Departure from Gap. Arrival at Alpe d’Huez by the climb of the 21 bends. On July 25 (étape 20) : eparture from Bourg d’Oisans. Arrival at the Alpe d’Huez by the Col de Sarenne

Triathlon – From Sunday 2 to Thursday 6 August

The Triathlon de l’Alpe d’Huez is undoubtedly the most beautiful event of the summer. Above all, it is athletic, but no less moving. It brings together athletes of all backgrounds and profiles around a single spirit, that of the 21 bends. If the 17th edition was exceptional for many reasons, the one to come, from 28 to 31 July, promises to be just as grandiose with more than 4000 participants at the start of all events

Challenge des Cimes d’Huez – From Friday 14 to Sunday 16 August

This challenge de trail includes 4 races in total: the Grimpée du Signal, the Alpe Express, the Pic de l’Alpe and Alpe 21. There will be something for everyone between a vertical distance, off-road, the 21 turns or even some 1000m of D+ over 3500m. Without forgetting the ultimate challenge: complete the 4 races to check the box for the full challenge.

Tour des 6 vallées de l’Oisans – Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 August

The tour des 6 Vallées de l’Oisans was born from the passion of runners from this region and in particular from the association Les 2 Alpes Trail. They chose to push the limits and concepts by offering no less than 6 stages, including the Alpe d’Huez, to pass the symbolic distance of 100 miles (170 km) and 10,000m of D+.

National de Pétanque – From Friday 21 to Sunday 23 August

Pétanque, from Provençal pèd: feet and tanca: planted, is the 11th sport in France by the number of licensees. Faced with this growing enthusiasm for the boules game, National Alpe d’Huez settled in the resort of Oisans for 5 days. It is the young people who are kicking off on Wednesday and Thursday. 3 categories: minor, cadets and juniors aged from 10 to 17 years old, are represented, divided into 64 triplets or nearly 600 players in total. Then it is the adults who compete from Friday to Sunday: veterans (over 60 years old) with 64 pairs, gentleman, National (256 triples), ladies’ competition (64 pairs) and men’s. There will be something for everyone! Not to mention the participation of some French elites.

Open international d’échecs – From Monday 24 toSaturday 29 August

Climbing for life – From Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 August

For cyclists, hikers, and trail runners, Climbing for life is the perfect event! In total, these are 10 courses that it will be possible to do in three days. The opportunity to push your limits on tracks allowing you to discover a vast and wild territory between paths, lakes, more mineral trails, roads without forgetting the traditional and no less famous 21 turns of the Alpe d’Huez. A sporting challenge but not only because part of the registration fees is reserved for the Diabetes League and Sport to Change Diabetes!

Haute Route – From Tuesday 25 to Thursday 27 August

Set off to conquer the ascent of the most famous destination in cycling, Alpe d’Huez – way Haute Route. In a route steeped in the history of cycling, tackle this legendary climb and discover the surrounding passes that make this region the mecca of cycling. Live the Haute Route experience through their expertly created itineraries, premium services and daily support, all condensed into three epic days on the road.
