🐄Discover the Shepherd’s Work and Cow Milking

Every summer, Julie and Kevin Quattrocchi care for nearly 300 cows. Both are passionate about sharing their work and love for the mountains with the public. Their enthusiasm has also led them to build a herd of dairy cows, launching a small production of cheese and milk. This initiative allows visitors to meet cows and heifers, gain a better understanding of the shepherd/cowherd profession, watch — and even try — milking, help with feeding, learn more about breeds and anatomy, and most importantly, taste fresh, high-quality products straight from the source!
