The 14km bicycle ascent to Alpe d’Huez, with its 21 marked hairpin turns, is the most famous climb of the Tour de France. Approximately 1000 professional and amateur cyclists make this climb during a summer day. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Alpe d’Huez is the most unique site in Europe for the training of stamina and competition horses. Training at high altitude increases the number of red blood cells, thereby optimizing a horse’s physical characteristics.
SARENNE
The Sarenne is without doubt, the world’s longest groomed and marked ski run. It measures 16km from its start at the peak of “Pic Blanc” (3300m) to its finish near Huez village (1450m)
