HANDS-FREE SKI PASS AT GRANDES ROUSSES
Because we care about our customers' comfort at the SATA, we are implementing a hands-free systemSkipass mains libres this winter. From now on, you don't need to show your ski pass at the ski lift: when you ski by the starting point of the lift, your pass is detected and checked automatically, as long as it is in the left pocket of your jacket.

VISALP PASS
With Visalp, you'll never get bored!
Visalp pass is a multiactivity pass, which entitles you to ski throughout the Alpe d’Huez/Massif des Grandes Rousses ski area, and provides you the following activities free of charge:
• night-time skiing (from 22/12/09 to 25/03/10)
• cross-country skiing
• the Alpe d’Huez, Vaujany or Auris skating rinks (equipment hire extra)
• 2 heated swimming pools (indoor and open-air)
• activities available at the Sport and Convention Centre (equipment hire extra)
• Huez and Oisans Museum, etc.
If you don’t have a skip@ss already, add a € 2 caution to all these passes.

Ski-lifts are free for those aged under 5 and over 72: a season ticket will be issued at the ticket office upon presentation of an identity document. For free 3 day tickets and for all-inclusive passes for nine days or more, photo identity will be required.
Warning: the putting in place of the hands free system is going to create a great comfort for our skiers, to buy their passes on the web and to get through the controls. However, your ski passes can be controlled at any time by a brigade of mobile controllers (sworn officials). You must be able to show proof of age for any reduced price pass.

Do you already own a skip@ss card? This winter, you can download and ski! At
www.sataski.com, download your passes lasting 5 days and over and benefit from an automatic 5% reduction. At the ticket office, this reduction will only be given to holders of a skip@ss card on which a pass lasting 5 consecutive days or more, validated by the ticket-office clerk.
The Alps with a capital A
The Alpe d’Huez/Massif des Grandes Rousses ski area (including Alpe d’Huez,Vaujany, Oz-en-Oisans, Auris-en-Oisans and Villard-Reculas) and the 2 Alpes ski area (connected to La Grave) are now accessible with the same pass (6 days minimum). Each resort offers vacationers a 2-day opportunity to discover their ski area.
Grande Galaxie
With a six-day or more inclusive ticket, you can ski for free:
• 1 day in each of the following three areas: Serre-Chevalier, Puy-Saint-Vincent and the Italian Milky Way.
• 2 days at 2 Alpes.
Note: these special deals and free accesses must be used during the period of validity of your skip@ss. Grande Galaxie and Grandes Alpes facilities may be temporarily suspended due to heavy snowfall or adverse weather conditions. Information will be available from the ticket offices.
ONE DAY PASS
NB: these lift passes for Grandes Rousses area do not entitle the holder to make use of the Visalp.
For day passes, skiers have a choice between a €2 pass (rechargeable) and a disposable pass (recyclable).

FAMILY PASS
With a reduction of € 104, given for the purchase of a minimum of 4 Visalp Grandes Rousses inclusive passes used by the members of one family (parents + children aged from 5 to under 20 years), on identical dates and starting from a six-day consecutive stay or longer.
Exemple:
4 inclusive passes for 6 days of skiing for a family of two adults and two children (aged 5 to 12 years): 626€ instead of 736€
€ 2 extra for each skip@ss, except for free passes for under 5 and over 72.

Requirement conditions:
The reduction will only apply upon presentation of documentation (family booklet, pensioner’s card or SNCF - French railways - senior citizen card): keep these documents on you at all times, they may be requested by approved inspectors out on the ski runs.
SKIEZ "A LA CARTE"
Ski at your own pace, during the weekend or for a longer stay, and make life easier with a 10-day card: a prepaid card with 10 adult inclusive passes, usable at any time during the current season.
With the ten day pass, you can save € 10 per day’s skiing (for any purchase prior to 17/11/2008) i.e. € 29 per day.

WALKING PASS
With the winter walking pass, access to 30 km of waymarked and groomed footpath provided with lots of benches. Use the cable car runs to explore the highlights of the Grandes Rousses massif: Pic Blanc, gorges de Sarenne, lac Besson, Oz-en-Oisans, Vaujany, Auris-en-oisans, etc. And meet up with your skiing friends in a different mountain restaurant everyday.
